Massachusetts Green Spaces: Our Summer 2020 Guide

Author: one tough job

Want to get outside but are tired of the backyard? With Massachusetts slowly reopening, there are plenty of green spaces for you and your kids to visit, closer to home than you may think.

Even when you’re outside, it’s important to wear a mask and keep a 6-foot distance between you and other outdoor explorers! Check out the Massachusetts State Park website for more information on how they’re keeping the parks safe for visitors.

Major outdoor areas and trails at the parks listed below are open, and additional amenities available and open are noted. Many parks’ restrooms and visitors’ areas are temporarily closed, so be sure to check individual park websites or call in advance to ensure you are adequately prepared.
