The Southern Middlesex Opportunity Council (SMOC) Housing Programs stabilize the community by providing resources for families, individuals and disabled adults to live in affordable, safe and secure environments. The SMOC Housing Corporation strives to preserve and improve existing affordable housing and to develop new housing choices for low- and moderate- income residents. The program also provides participants with education and training for home ownership as well as job training.
